FAQ'S How do I get my marriage license? You must apply and purchase a marriage license. To apply for a marriage license, contact your County Clerk of the Superior Court office:
What do I do with my license once I get it? You will give it to Chaplain Tauna when you meet. The Bride and Groom, along with two witnesses, will all be signing the license. After the wedding, she will file it with the County Court. Do we need witnesses? Yes, you will need two. They must be at least 18 years old. We don't live in the Phoenix area, how do we do this? E-mail and phone calls will accomplish most of the process. Where do you perform ceremonies? Throughout Arizona. What type of wedding ceremonies do you perform?
Yes. Whether it is a simple prayer or full sermon is completely up to you. Elements can include participation by family members or close friends. What about a non- religious ceremony? As a Chaplain, I am here to serve all needs. Some couples are of mixed faiths and choose to have a spiritual ceremony instead of a religious one. Can we write our own vows? Absolutely!
